After the Bath

The softest hour of the day, when the whole house finally winds down. Kids are scrubbed clean and wrapped in towels, hair still damp, someone already in pajamas, and you pull them close because they smell like everything good. Apricot, coconut, and citrus open clean and gentle, then lavender milk, ambrette, and vanilla orchid drift room to room before amber, sandalwood, and cashmere woods settle in warm. After the Bath is the calm at the end of every day.
